 1.) Please have your measurements taken ONLY by a professional tailor, men's clothing store or a formal wear specialist. Most stores will perform this service for a nominal fee.

2.) Please complete all the information provided as accurately as possible. We will order based on the information you provide.

3.) We will contact the groom once the tuxedos arrive in the store. They are guaranteed to arrive by the business day before the event. Your tuxedo is due back in the store on the first business day after your event. There is a late fee of $50 per day for late returns. If the tuxedo arrives late, we will be forced to charge you an additional $50.00 per day the item is late. 

Measurements

*There is an additional $7 accidental damage wavier and 8% sales tax applied to all rentals.

If you are receving a FREE grooms rental, we still require a credit card number to be placed on file. Your card will not be charged, unless tuxedo is returned late.

Terms and Conditions

Rental Agreement Customer, by checking the box below, you assume responsibility for returning the tuxedo and all rental accessories in good condition by the following business day. A late charge of $50 per day will be charged for any late returning merchandise. Furthermore, customer is responsible for up to 100% cancellation charge if the tuxedo order is cancelled after arriving at our store. Customer further agrees to pay for any resulting damages or lost merchandise while in customers possession. The accidental damage waiver (ADW) relieves customer of any charges resulting from accidental damages. The ADW does NOT protect or relieve the customer from any charges resulting from malicious damages or lost merchandise while in the customers possession. All returned checks will occur a fee of $35.00. Out of town customers are responsible for supplying correct measurements. If any item must be replaced or adjusted due to poor fit based on measurements provided to us by customer, customer will incur a charge of $15 Monday-Thursday and $50 on Fridays. If you are measured at Fancy Frocks, we will assume responsibility for your measurements and there will be no charge for replacements or adjustments. If your size changes due to weight flucuation you must inform us of this change at least 3 weeks prior to event.
