The Office of Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes (OST Office), the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education (DME), and the Learn24 network will be hosting a summer experience on Saturday, March 25, 2023 that allows families the opportunity to convene with organizations to hear about the various offerings that will be available for school aged youth during the summer months. Organizations interested in participating and sharing their summer program, summer jobs, summer learning experiences, etc. should complete this form to stay informed. Families would have the direct access to hear from organizations about what is being offered during the summer.

Partner organizations can participate in one of three ways:

  • Exhibit – Have individual(s) on-site providing attendees with information regarding your organization’s summer programming/jobs/learning experiences/etc. (Tables, chairs, and space would be provided by the OST Office)
  • Attending – Arrive and learn more about the various government agencies and external organizations that provide summer learning opportunities for school-aged youth (5-18).
  • Sponsoring – Providing a donation, resources, and/or product that could be used or distributed at the event.

Interested agencies should complete this brief form ASAP
