Thank you for your interest in serving on the National Gay Pilots Association ("NGPA") Advocacy Committee, we are excited that you have come forward to volunteer for this bold new initiative!

In the questionnaire below, we would like to ask you a number of questions that are designed to help us learn more about you professionally and personally, as well as to gather information about your passions and talents.
