Once you submit the following information, the Auditor's Office will contact you for further instruction. One of the following attachments are required for submittal:

1. Photo or copy of the vehicle bill of sale
2. Photo or copy of the vehicle lease agreement
3. Photo or copy of the previous vehicle registration
4. Proof of Address (Driver's License, Utility Bill, etc.)
