If there is a time and date in the week before your cleanup most convenient for you to pick up the supplies, please indicate so here. **Note that city offices are open from 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday and that staff may not be available at your specified time (if staff are not available they will work with you to find a mutually beneficial time).
Would you like for Keep Charlotte Beautiful to promote your event on social media and/or the KCB volunteer brigade newsletter to attract additional volunteers? **Note that you are responsible for communicating event details, cancellations, etc. with volunteers recruited by KCB.
Will you need the City Solid Waste Department to pick up your bags post-cleanup? If so, please leave the bags in an easily accessible and concentrated area and call 311 immediately after your cleanup with the precise location of your bags.
