JumpStart Community Safety Micro Grant Capacity Building Workshops

In order to support local non-profits and grassroots groups working to advance community safety and economic mobility, the City of Charlotte will host multiple opportunities to bring together organizations in conversations and workshops to increase capacity, build skills, and explore innovative ideas.

Opportunities will be categorized as follows:

Big Idea Conversations: Exploring a concept that can impact the work and explore a best practice (Open to all)

Skill Building Workshop: Learning an essential skill that can help an organization better manage their work (Open to all)

Capacity Building Workshop: A deeper dive into into concepts that guide how an organization does the work, creates a culture of leadership, and develops relationships. (Open to JumpStart Grantees Only)
