Definition: Obtaining someone elses personal identifying information and usint to obtain credit, services or goods. When an unknown person fraudulently used a credit card or credit card account number to obtain property or anything of value without the permission of the account holder, bank or organization who issued the credit card or person whose name is on the credit card.
All cases filed within this online reporting system are for documentation puropses. Each one will be reviewed, however may not be investigated further. If an investigation is requested, please follow normal reporting procedures by calling 863-401-2256.
To report this incident online you must be the actual victim or the victim's authorized representative. Falsely reporting an incident or pretending to be someone else in order to file a report can be investigated and charged as a criminal offense.

Definition: Nuisance animals (w/o bite), harrasing phone calls or text messages (for documentation purposes only), Civil Cases (ie: dispute over a contract, breach of contract, negligence or violation of private rights. Example would be a person failing to perform the terms of a contract, such as vehicle or home repair work. Landlord/tenant issues are also civil cases.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Non-Criminal Activity/Civil Complaint)
Definition: Graffiti, knocking over a mailbox, rock thrown through a window (no entry made into the structure), keying a vehicle, slashing tires etc.

Definition: A retail theft that occurred in the past and the suspect is not on property or was not seen leaving the property directly after committing the theft.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Past-Occurred Retail Theft)
Upload video clips or photos and written statement. Please note there is a 250 MB limit. Therefore, video clips should only be of the subject entering, exiting and/or at the register. Narrow down footage to just the subject within 30 seconds prior to and 10 seconds after being on video.

Copy of letter giving notice to return property. Letter must state that after receiving letter, they have 5 days from the received date to return property.
Copy of receipt with date when the letter was sent by courier with tracking capability or by certified mail, returned receipt requested indicating the date was delivered.
