PLEASE NOTE


A completed application with all required information must be submitted before the review process can begin. The review will be based on the standards listed in page 3 on the next screen.

A public hearing will be scheduled with the Georgetown Township Planning Commission. They will make their recommendation, which will be brought to the Township Board at a later date.

The Township Board is the approval authority for rezoning requests.

Please complete the application entirely. Enter "N/A" in the fields that are not applicable to your application.

By using the paper clip icon on the left side of the screen, you can attach electronic files of your site plan and any accompanying documents that may help facilitate the review of your application.
(Note: There is a 250MB limit on each attachment.)

Once your application is submitted, it will be sent to the Georgetown Township Building & Zoning Department.

Georgetown Township staff will ensure completeness of your application and reach out to you to collect the application fee outlined below:

  • Rezoning Fee: $450.00
