Please register to join one of two Community Listening Sessions on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) with The Kaleidoscope Group, the consultant hired by the Village of Arlington Heights for its DEI initiative.

Please choose one of the two virtual Community Listening Sessions to attend (listed below). Each session is limited to 30 participants (Village residents or Village Business members).

No Village elected officials or Village staff will be attending these sessions.

The goal of the Listening Sessions is to have an open and candid discussion with the community to gain a deeper understanding of individual perceptions and experience about inclusivity and belonging in Arlington Heights. 

Once registered, you will be emailed a link to attend a virtual Community Listening Session. Each session will be limited to 30 participants.
