This form is for submitting a new code enforcement complaint. For assistance regarding ongoing cases, please complete the Code Enforcement Inquiry form.

Please only submit complaints once. Code enforcement cases are not closed until they are compliant. Additionally, most code enforcement cases are not resolved immediately and may take weeks/months to be resolved depending on the situation.

Do not submit complaints regarding on-street parking or animal complaints here. Please contact the police department non-emergency line for such complaints at (920)886-6000.
