Request to Establish Equalized Payment Plan

This is a request to establish equalized payment plan. The request will not be finalized until approval is received once an amount has been provided via email in response to this request. 

Equalized payment amounts are based on the average utility bill over a 12-month period and are recalculated once a year. 

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for this to take effect. 

Have you lived at this property for at least 12 months AND is your account current?

To qualify for the Equalized Payment Plan, customers must have:

1. Occupied the property for at least 12-months; and

2. No outstanding balance due on the utility account.
