Spirit of Orem Award Nomination Form

The theme for Oremfest 2024 is "Honor. Hope. Healing." This theme was inspired by Orem's Gold Star Families. We want to honor two Orem residents who embody this theme by bringing honor, hope, and/or healing to the community. The nominee does not have to be part of a Gold Star Family to be eligible for this award.
