The NJ-GMIS TEC Foundation will reimburse you for up to $1,000 for travel and hotel at GMIS MEETS provided you furnish receipts for expenses. Along with a prepaid registration. By checking the box below, you agree to pay any other costs incurred as a result of your attendance to GMIS MEETS over and above the stated amount. You also agree to pay back the NJ-GMIS TEC Foundation for any reimbursements paid to you, should your participation in GMIS MEETS be cancelled.

The 2022 GMIS MEETS program will be held at the Loew's Philadelphia Hotel. With its proximity to our home state of New Jersey, we understand this may allow greater participation among NJ-GMIS chapter members, via commuting or attending a portion of the conference. As such, please indicate the amount of scholarship funding you are requesting.

Amount of Funding Request
