Cones are to be picked up during regular business hours at the Municipal Service Center (MSC) at 925 S. Sixth Street, De Pere. Cones are to be promptly returned to the MSC following your event.  Failure to return borrowed equipment may result in borrower being charged to replace at full cost plus freight.
