A public hearing will be scheduled with the Georgetown Township Zoning Board of Appeals.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is the approval authority for any request submitted via this application.

Note: Use variances are not authorized in Georgetown Township.

By using the paper clip icon on the left side of the screen, you can attach electronic files of your plan/layout/drawing and any accompanying documents that may help facilitie the review of your application. (Note: There is a 250MB limit on each attachment.)

Once your application is submitted, it will be sent to the Georgetown Township Building & Zoning Department.

Georgetown Township staff will ensure completeness of your application and reach out to you to collect the appropriate application fee outlined below:

  • Residential Variance: $300.00
  • Commercial Variance: $400.00
  • ZBA Zoning Review For Construction On Non-Conforming Lot: $300.00
  • Zoning Ordinance Interpretation/Appeal (ZBA): $300.00
