City of Panama City - Solid Waste Division

The monthly fee for each additional can for residential customers is $15.56. The monthly fee for each can for commercial customers is $20.91. Customers who pay outside rates may call for additional monthly fee information.

The Solid Waste Division can be reached by calling (850) 872-3172 (Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

If you wish to start, stop or transfer service or have questions about your service, you can speak with a Utility Billing representative by visiting City Hall or calling (850) 872-3166 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
