As we have discussed, the City is currently in the process of rolling out the Google Suite. To make this most effective, we are looking for your help to help us identify employees in each department that would be willing to do additional study and learning of the G-Suite with the hopes that they can become a resource to your department. We believe this could meet a couple of anticipated needs:

1. A high adoption rate of the many tools that the G-Suite will provide to our employees, thus allowing us to reduce the number of 3rd party tools we are subscribing to
2. Provide some relief to the IT Help Desk during the roll-out if employees know that there are "evangelists" in their department that are trained and willing to help (IT Help Desk will also be trained and willing to help, of course, but we anticipate more questions than people and this could help reduce wait-times)
3. Provide online training opportunities for employees that may be working from home and are looking for additional things to do to prevent them from having to use sick leave

If employees come to mind, please add their names on the form below so that we can reach out to them in the coming week or so with additional information about how they can start training. Once we start meeting, we will have additional in-person meetings with these employees to further learn from each other.
