Please ensure you have read and understood our exhibition terms and conditions published on our website. For those of you who have never exhibited before or find any of this daunting do not hesitate to contact our team (eoy2016@excellenceofyouth.com), after all this is about supporting young artists not only gain exposure but develop valuable exhibition skills for the future.
Please submit images of work for selection , these must be in a suitable format (jpeg, png, pdf) with artists surname, work title, medium and dimensions in the name of the image file please, abbreviate if necessary:
(e.g. Brown_Summer_oil_30x40.jpg).
Each file no greater than 5MB in size please.Entrants accept that artist information and images, if selected, will be used on our website and any publicity material we produce so please ensure that the images are of decent quality.
Deadline for entries is 5 p.m. 15th July 2016, however EOY 2016 reserves the right to close entries prior to this date should we reach capacity, so we urge you to act quickly not to miss out on this opportunity.
- PAINTINGS / FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY : at least 6 images please
- 3D / SCULTPTURE : at least 3 images please
Artists applying to take part in EOY 2016 agree that once their work is selected it must be exhibition ready, available for sale and delivered by Friday 26th August 2016 (full address and contact information released once art is selected) - if it needs framing please make sure that is done in good time. We cannot accept work that is not presentable. We will send out a selected artist artwork submission form with more helpful information, please note that work will not be deemed accepted until that final form is received and verified by EOY 2016. Artists under 18 must have consent from their parent or guardian, they will be required to submit both your application and, if selected to exhibit, an artwork submission form. By submitting this form you accept the terms and conditions of the exhibition.
