3. Agree to abide by the rules in the Small Animal Sale Rules and Guidelines, and all requirements to participate in the Small Animal Sale at the County Fair.

Members agree to assume the risk of property damage, personal injury or bodily injury arising from participation in the project, whether or not the exhibitor's negligence contributes to any such harm. The member further agrees to hold the Small Animal Sale Committee and Jefferson County harmless in the event of damage or injury.
